Street Theory Collective (STC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that stands at the intersection of art, culture, and community, dedicated to empowering BIPOC artists and creatives through talent and business development, mentorship, and collaboration. With incubator spaces in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood and Cambridge’s Central Square, STC cultivates a vibrant community by offering workshops, artist residencies, and networking opportunities to directly support Boston’s local creative talent.

As the nonprofit arm of Street Theory, Inc.—an award-winning creative agency known for large-scale public art, experiential marketing, and cultural placemaking—STC leverages over 20 years of industry experience to create meaningful artistic and community impact. Our mission is to foster creative empowerment, provide platforms for underrepresented voices, and bring dynamic street culture into public spaces and everyday life.

We manage gallery and activation spaces, offering artists and creatives professional development through direct access to expert mentorship, resources, and opportunities. Each initiative by STC aims to engage, inspire, and uplift our communities, honoring the legacy of street art while pushing boundaries in urban planning, cultural activation, and arts advocacy.
