MA
This organization is a membership based organization which maintains a history museum, children's museum, teachers' center and research library. It offers special seasonal exhibits of New England art and history in its museum, Memorial Hall, and has developed free travveling exhibits for local Massachusetts state parks. We continue a 120 year tradition of handcrafts through exhibits, a NEH funded website, demonstrations and our three annual Old Deerfield Craft Fairs with hundreds of New England arts.
PVMA/Memorial Hall Museum presents a number of public programs that feature New England performing artists: the summer Old Deerfield Sunday Afternoon Concert Series; 4th of July Band Concerts; historical theater, early American reenactments (with period music); We also engage muscians to performas part of our arts festivals.
PVMA will celebrate its 150th year in 2020.
