Drawing from her eclectic background in business, organizational behaviors, and theatre Linda works with people's talents and abilities and stretches their communication muscles. Having created her own business models drawn from Toyota's business models, and LEAN/Sigma , Managers, Educators, Executives,  and Employees are given exercises that are uncommon and innovative, and spark new ideas, and applications for them. Pivoting mindsets enhances diverse thinking and people are able to solve challenges in ways they had not seen previously. Linda's programs have demonstrated scalable success for Managers, Executives, Staff, and their teams.

Bio. Linda Peck M.Ed. MBSR CSP is. an award-winning Educator, Leadership Coach, and author. Linda's eclectic background in business, science, and theatre reinforces her extensive experience in optimizing people's well-being is augmented by her worldwide career in Theatre and Mime. Additionally, her experiences with the Broadway Production of Mary Poppins, along with her study and ultimate degrees in Mindfulness and Asian Arts all have been instrumental for her creating a Speaking/ Coaching paradigm with instructional designs while maintaining a high level of artistic value.
