Institution/Business Type: Design Agency

Fountain Street Creative (FSC) is an innovative Design/Build company, with a reputation for top-quality performance. Our method of operation provides a proven design plan, with experienced personnel and systematic procedures suited for each project we undertake. We design and plan events with costumes, performers, and fashion; we also rent costumes from our extensive theatrical Collection that spans centuries.

FSC also provides virtual and in-school workshops for teens in fashion and designing costumes. We have a costume rental collection to help keep production costs down. It's great to see teen designers get into the creative process.

Everett Hoag, President of FSC (experiential marketing and WOW event theatrics), is a designer, business marketing strategist, etiquette and style expert, professional speaker, and connector.

People say Everett Hoag’s perspective is fresh, and his enthusiasm is contagious. As a producer and costume designer, Everett’s credits include the International Emmy Awards, the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, twice at the White House, Lincoln Center Out-of-Doors, Carnegie Hall, Off-Broadway, regional opera and dance companies in New England, and an assortment of premiere festivals from Europe to Japan. Original works have been commissioned by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Massachusetts Cultural Council, New Jersey State Council on the Arts, and the New York State Council on the Arts funding experimental multi-media works.

Everett Hoag’s wearable fiber art and performance works collaborate with some of the greatest talents to standing ovations. Everett is involved with the Smart Fashion Initiative for sustainability and is featured in many solo exhibits and juried shows in museums and galleries throughout the US. Everett’s StyleTribez Fashion Parties mix performance, contemporary art, and beautiful fashion where Paparazzi and Technorazzi embrace the Glitterazzi.

As a teaching artist Everett has served as a guest lecturer for three semesters at Brown University; faculty member at NY Center for Adult Education, the 92nd Street Y, NY Open Center, Safari Modeling Agency, Boston Center for Adult Education, The Joy of Movement in Cambridge and artist-in-residence at St. Andrews School in Barrington, RI ; marketing consultant with RI Small Business Development Center at Johnson & Wales University. Member of International Special Events Society, NY New Media Association, International Alliance for Theatre & Education, Rhode Island Film Collaborative, the Intuitive Arts Guild, and Ecolect – the community for sustainable design.

“When you study and practice art you’re guided to focus on an idea’s structure. In studying fine arts, you are always taught structure and elements of good design. To me, this fundamental is essential knowledge to all artists.” – Designer, Everett Hoag
