Hannah Morris is a visual artist working under her company name draw-lucky art & illustration. She incorporates reconstructed and collaged imagery clipped from the pages of popular American magazines from the 1940s through 1970s over which she paints with flat colors. She invents ambiguous narratives within everyday scenes, following an intuitive process to obscure and refashion the material of history.
Hannah pursued graduate studies in visual arts at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She lived in Cape Town, South Africa, and New York City before returning to her native state of Vermont, where she's now based in Barre.
