Institution/Business Type: Community Service Organization

We engage vulnerable youth in enrichment programs that develop leadership skills, leading to self-sufficiency. Our proven, one-of-a-kind, SMART ConversationsĀ®, social-emotional learning, and leadership model serves as the foundation for all of our programs.

Our vision is that all voices are heard and respected regardless of age, gender, race, religion, etc. Our strategy is two-fold: 1. To collaborate and partner with other non-profits by bringing SMART Conversations programs to their organizations using our Train-The-Trainer model with a dual purpose: --to create and sustain high organizational performance within our partner non-profit organizations --to create and sustain high quality service delivery to the clients of the non-profit, customized to their specific needs and mission. 2. To create and implement special projects/initiatives that support vulnerable youth and create a pathway to work. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. In our view, no one has to earn dignity and respect. It is the birthright of every human being. We each people conversations based on authenticity, respect and trust, and we give  individuals and organizations the skills to create sustainable lives that positively impact future generations. We believe in having integrity in everything we and our partners do, and we are committed to serving the greater good.
