MA
We create curriculum and facilitate classes for students that engage them in visioning new possibilities for their neighborhoods. Our programs teach about architecture, sustainability and design, and allow youth to make real contributions to public planning events. CV projects provide a forum for inventiveness, showcase civic pride and increase understanding in both 2D and 3D of future possibilities for local communities. In our programs, students build large-scale models, make collages and professional presentation boards designed to astonish and inspire.
Community Visioning, presenting at the AIA national convention in Boston in 2008, has been featured in The Boston Globe, Banker and Tradesman, the South End News and other local news outlets in the region.
