Brett Stein

I am an artist and creative director and the owner of NY State of Mind, a streetwear brand I started 10+ years ago in Brooklyn. For the first 5-6 years I did all the artistic/creative work myself but have since been collaborating with more and more of my favorite artists creating graphics for apparel and painting murals in the street to promote peace, love and unity in our communty. I started NY State of Mind in 2009 inspired by my love of Hip Hop, skateboarding and Street Art. For the last 10+ years I have been building the brand and I am proud to say it is an established and respected entity in the Street Art community of NYC and abroad. I have built personal and professional relationships with many super talented and respected artists  including Al Diaz (Basquiats's original parner), Sket One, Pesu, Daniel Mastrion, Paid MSD, Ben Angotti and many many more. After living in Brooklyn for the last 13 years, I have returned to the Pioneer Valley, where I was born and raised, to reestablish my roots here and share what I have to offer with this wonderful community.
