Judith Black creates and retells stories that bring alive under explored episodes in our national heritage, ask listeners to question their own iron clad belief systems, support state standards ongoing cognitive, social, and emotional objectives through in school programs, and ultimately empower people within their world. As a creator of tales, Judith has been commissioned by institutions such as the US Dept. of the Interior, Mass Foundation for Humanities, NPR, The Morton Museum of Collierville History, and many other to originate stories that will communicate the institutions past, specific objectives, or celebrate their mission. She has taught the art form for 30 years, most of those on the staff of Lesley Universitys Arts Institute.
