Moving for Change!

Justice Dance Performance Project (JDPP) is a critically acclaimed dance and multi-arts organization. Its mission is to educate, inspire, and ignite awareness, bridging the boundaries of art and social justice to create a more equitable society in ways that spark individual growth and collective action. JDPP’s public programs are a societal bridge, offering new perspectives, connections, and healing to diverse populations. With its engaged, welcoming, and vibrant community of artists, JDPP generates awareness that renews itself in dialogue, insight, and action.

JDPP’s award-winning Ensemble which has toured throughout New England and internationally, inspires change through performance that speaks to critical issues of social justice. The repertory examines such issues of race, gender, mass incarceration, immigration and political oppression through an innovative blend of dance, text, visual images, song and light.
