Jason Ries is a multidisciplinary designer and production manager for performing arts and immersive gaming projects. Recent credits include: Arlekin Players/BAC: The Orchard (PM). Lyric Stage: The Gentleman's Guide to Love & Murder. Central Square Theater (Props): Young Nerds of Color. Company One: 1001(Props), The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity(Set/Props), We Are Proud to Present (Set), Wolf Play (Props). A former Production Manager for Actors' Shakespeare Project and Monkeyhouse, Jason has also designed sets and lights for numerous dance and theatre companies in the area.  He won Norton and Irne awards for set and prop design (Chad Deity with Company One at the Roberts) and a Norton as part of the design team (Twelfth Night with ASP at the BCA Plaza). Before moving to the Boston area, Jason was a Resident Designer at EXITheatre in San Francisco from ’97-‘04, collaborating regularly with Mark Jackson, David Malloy, and Banana, Bag & Bodice.
