Elizabeth Heller, MS, ERYT-200

Hello! I am a mindfulness expert, best-selling children's book author, certified yoga and meditation instructor for kids and adults, a journalist, wellness entrepreneur, and a mom. I have more than a decade of experience teaching mindfulness and yoga to children ages 18-months to teens with exceptional and powerful results. I present and teach to children in-schools, after school, and in other community venues. I have recently published the Kids Super Journal -- a self-directed, minutes-a-day mindfulness activity book for kids ages 6-12 that empowers them with the research-backed tools of breathing, moving, and journaling to self-manage wellbeing. Kids and adults can benefit immediately from learning and practicing these simple and powerful mindfulness tools from day one. I offer day-programs in schools that can be a combination of classroom visits, teacher workshops, and staff trainings and tailored to the specific needs of each school and classroom. All of my programs are interactive and participatory so everyone can experience their own agency in using these mindfulness tools to create wellbeing. I also offer creative workshops for teachers, executives, managers, and adults of all abilities to support their emotional and physical wellbeing in all aspects of their lives.

In addition to my ERYT-200 certification, I am trained in trauma-informed yoga, therapeutic yoga, children's yoga, and pre-natal yoga. I am the author/co-author of 8 books for and about children and contributing author to four parenting books.

My mission is to empower children (and adults) around the world with the research-backed mindfulness tools of breathing, body movement, and journaling to self-manage wellbeing. I created the Kids Super Journal to support this generation of children who are trying to manage unprecedented challenges and I would be honored to share these mindfulness tools and my unique, inclusive, inspirational, and spirited teaching to your school, community, or organization.
