Institution/Business Type: Design Agency

Dpict is a values-based facilitation firm with decades of experience working at the intersection of process design, visualization, and facilitation.

We are guided by a deep interest in Social Infrastructure (how we connect and co-create), Environment/Space/Place (how we hold humanity and possibility in the built environment), and Cognitive Evolution and Human Development (how we think and learn—individually, and in groups).

We employ three core practices in all of our work.

  • Strategic manipulation of the built environment — reconfiguring spaces so they are fit for purpose and rapidly adaptable to changing or emergent needs.

  • Process design — utilizing visible and invisible processes to support individual reflection, mutual learning, relational weaving, and collaborative decision-making.

  • Visualization and aesthetics of interaction — the careful tending to the role of visual and sensory input as they relate to and support group interaction and attention.
