Dana Duren is a teacher, improviser, choreographer, and performer based in Western Massachusetts. Since 2017, Dana has choreographed and performed in contemporary, postmodern and dance-theater works that have been presented by the School for Contemporary Dance & Thought (Northampton, MA), the Dance Complex (Boston, MA), Mobile Dance Film Festival (NYC, NY), Chaddick Dance Theatre’s Fall Dance Fest (Austin, TX) and more. She teaches dance technique and yoga in after-school programs and studios and also works as a teacher for students with disabilities (Massachusetts, Initial License). Dana has a B.A. in Dance and Anthropology from Smith College.
